Shipping & Delivery

This policy is applicable to (USA) orders. This policy is designed to ensure that you are clearly aware of our shipping policies and procedures. By ordering from this store you accept the policies contained herein.
A. SHIPPING COSTS
 The shipping cost will depend on the customer's location. We ship to most countries in the world, but there are some exceptions due to legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations. Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to Cuba, Iran, Russia, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea.

 For orders over $150, we offer FREE standard shipping.
B. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT OFF TIME
 Order cut off time will be 05:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York).
 Order handling time is 5 – 7 business day (Monday to Friday).
 + U.S. SHIPPING – Arrives in 1-2 weeks (maybe sooner)
 + INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING – arrives in 2-3 weeks (maybe sooner)
C. DELIVERY TERMS
 We use the USPS to deliver the product.
D. CHANGE OF ADDRESS
 We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at ctpersonalisedhandmade@gmail.com
E. TRACKING
 Once your order has been shipped, your order comes with a tracking number allowing you to track it until it is delivered to you.
F. CANCELLATION
 Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations cannot be made after 12 hours from the time of purchase. Beyond this timeframe, your order will enter the production phase to ensure prompt delivery.
G. PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
 If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.
