1. Shipping

When will I get my tracking number?
Your tracking number will only be available when your order has been shipped. To follow your order’s processing timeline, please check the email from us, which contains your tracking link.
How do I track my order?
Option 1: Provide us your order information to check the order status. 
Option 2: Check your fulfilled confirmation email to get the tracking number. You can check the tracking details with that

Do you offer international shipping for embroidered items?
Yes, we offer international shipping for our embroidered products. Please note that shipping fees and delivery times may differ for international orders. Be sure to review our international shipping options during the checkout process. 
* Note: We do not currently ship to Cuba, Iran, Russia, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea.

2. Payment

Which currency will be used?
In Homepage, Product pages, and your Cart, the price shows in your currency so it can be easier for you to consider a purchase. However, once you reach the Checkout page, both your subtotal and Tax fee (if any) will be converted back to US dollars and you will be charged in US dollars.
Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
Import duties, taxes, local taxes and charges are not included in the item price and shipping cost. We are not responsible for reporting or paying taxes. These charges vary from one country to another and are the buyer’s responsibility. All orders are made on CThomiegift are DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, import taxes and duties will not be paid through us. Instead, the shipping carrier will invoice you upon delivery of your merchandise depends on the sales tax laws of the location to which you are shipping. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.

Can I machine wash and dry embroidered items?
While some embroidered items may be machine washable, it’s generally safer to hand wash to prevent potential damage to the embroidery. If machine washing is necessary, use a gentle cycle and place the item in a mesh laundry bag to protect the embroidery. Avoid using high heat in the dryer.
What precautions should I take when ironing embroidered products?
When ironing embroidered items, turn them inside out and use a low-heat setting. Placing a thin cloth or a press cloth between the iron and the embroidery can further protect it from direct heat.
Can I customize or personalize embroidered items with my own design?
Yes, we offer customization and personalization services for embroidered products. You can provide your own design, logo, or text to create a unique and personalized item. Contact our team for more details on customization options.
