Refund & Return

A. CANCELATION:
 Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations cannot be made after 12 hours from the time of purchase. Beyond this timeframe, your order will enter the production phase to ensure prompt delivery.
B. DAMAGES & ISSUES:
 We accept return requests for products with manufacturer defects, including:
  • Lost orders and missing items due to our failed service delivery. 
  • Missed order cancellations or exchanges within 24 hours of order placement. 
  • Products that do not match the description, appearance, or quality as stated on the product page.  
  • Faded, damaged, or incomplete items. 
 When making a return request, please provide the following information and images as evidence: 
  • Photos showcasing quality issues and damaged parts of the received product. 
  • Photos comparing the inaccurate product received (in the case of incorrect color or design) with the original order. 
  • Photos showing the size tag and the entire item measured with a ruler (if the size differs from the original order). 
  • Photos of the original shipping label on the received product. 
  • Note: Refund requests are only accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
C. CHANGE OF ADDRESS
 We support address changes within 12 hours of completing the purchase transaction. Please be aware that we only allow modifications to order details once.
 Note: After you submit a change request, we will verify the order information and assess the validity of your request. If everything checks out, we will accept the request and notify you via email.
D. EXCEPTIONS/ NON- RETURNABLE ITEMS:
 Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or custom products such as special orders or personalized items. If you have questions or concerns about your specific item, please do not hesitate to contact us.
E. DELAYED/ LOT ORDERS 
 If your order status indicates “delivered” but you haven’t received it yet, we recommend checking your mailbox and reaching out to your neighbors to inquire if it was mistakenly delivered to them. Occasionally, packages might be left at the wrong address or arrive a day or two later than the estimated delivery date.
 In the unfortunate event that your package is lost or stolen. We will attempt to contact the shipping company to investigate the disappearance of the order. If all efforts fail, we will send you a new order or give you a refund.
F. REFUNDS
 Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval status for your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed using your original payment method. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process the refund.
 Typically, it takes 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect on your payment card statement.
G. LATE OR MISSING REFUND:
 If you have not received a refund yet, we recommend checking your bank account and contacting your credit card company first. There may be some processing time before the refund is posted. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@embroidiary.com.
